Beach WA 851 commences immediately to the north and is a 300 m long relatively narrow high tide beach, fronted by near continuous intertidal platform and reefs that enclose the Hamersley tidal pool. It is backed by the bluffs, with a car park located above the northern end of the beach, which provides access to its neighbour, North Beach.
