Beach WA 653 is located on the northern side of Isaacs Rocks, just north of the car park. The beach is a curving 200 m long reflective beach, fronted by 500 m wide shallow reefs, and backed by 30 m high vegetated calcarenite bluffs. It is sheltered by the extensive rocks and reefs, which continue for 2.5 km to the north, lowering waves to less than 1 m at the shore.
