Beach WA 628 commences 300 m to the north and continues northwest for 300 m to the rock-tied tip of a cuspate foreland (Fig. 4.129). The beach is initially narrow and backed by low bluffs. It widens towards the foreland, however calcarenite rocks and reef dominate the surf zone, with a permanent rip draining the northern half of the beach. It is backed by a deflation surface and active blowouts.
