Beach T 1068 commences on the eastern side of the Burntwood Point sandy foreland and curves to the southeast for 300 m to the next small foreland, both forelands tied to shallow rock flats, with deeper rocky seafloor in between and sand along the shoreline. The curving beach is backed by a low, narrow vegetated foredune, with three houses on the western foreland, then the old railway and highway and Seabrook Golf Course. It is suitable for swimming at mid to high tide on the inner sandy section, with the rock flats exposed at low tide.
