Reeves Beach is the southernmost part of Ninety Mile Beach that is accessible by road, with the Reeves Beach Road terminating at the beach. There is a camping area behind the beach, but no other facilities. A 4WD track runs for a few kilometres down the back of the dunes, where it links up with the foot track from the estuarine Mclaughlins Beach. These tracks provide access to Mclaughlins Beach; the southernmost on Ninety Mile Beach. Two kilometres south of the foot track, the beach ends at Shoal Inlet.
The last kilometre of the beach towards Shoal Inlet is increasingly impacted by the inlet's tidal shoals and currents. These produce variable currents and more hazardous bathing conditions. They do however improve the fishing potential, as well as the surfing breaks.
