Nelson Bay marina beach (PS 12) is located inside the marina seawall and a small remnant of the former longer beach. Today it consists of a 250 m long strip of usually calm sand, bordered by marina walls at either end and backed by a strip of sand then a narrow grassy reserve, and the main Victoria Parade. There is a kiosk on the eastern breakwater together with a large car park.
