Crabbs Beach (NSW 253) is located 1.5 km to the south. It is a curving 300 m long east-facing sand and cobble beach, with extensive rock platforms at either end and dune covered bluffs behind. It is an exposed beach with waves breaking heavily on the rocks and reefs. The surf maintains a strong deep permanent rip that drains out the centre of the small bay.
