Quarry Beach (NSW 257) was effectively cut in half when the Spoons Rocks breakwater was built. While sand built up on the north side to form the quieter Stinky Point Beach, to the south Quarry Beach has remained a 300 m long narrow stretch of high tide sand wedged between backing bluffs and a rocky platform and exposed to southerly waves. Access is also presently restricted to walking around the rocks from Caves Beach.
Beach Length: 0.3km
General Hazard Rating: 5/10
