Between Green Point and Middle Head, 1 km to the south, is a 130 m long strip of sand (NSW 299) occupying a break in the otherwise continuous rock platform and lying at the base of the densely vegetated 120 m high sandstone slopes, with sandstone exposed along the rear of the beach. The narrow high tide sandy beach is fronted by rocks and reefs with wave averaging about 1 m. The beach can be reached by walking round the rocks from Pearl Beach. There is a lot of rock on the beach and it is not suitable for swimming. It is however a popular fishing spot.
