At the foot of Pipers Hill is a curving 100 m long extension of Minnie Water beach (NSW 64). A gravel road winds down the 20 m high bluffs to the beach, which is regularly used for launching boats, with vehicles and trailers often parked on the beach. However most drive down the beach from Minnie Waters. The beach is well protected by a reef and received waves averaging less than 0.5 m which produce a moderately sloping beach fronted by a steep drop-off, with no bar or surf.
